| The building is available for non-profit groups. If you are interested in using our facilities, please fill out the forms provided and send them to the church office. The forms will be submitted to the Congregation Council for review and approval at their meeting, held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. If you would like to be present at the meeting, when your request will be discussed, you are welcome to attend. Please notify the office in advance, and arrangements will be made to include your facility request on that evening’s agenda. If you do not attend, you will be notified of the Council’s decision, soon after the meeting. |
